Returning an item collected in store

How it works for bikes

Before contacting the store you collected your item(s) from: use the contact form to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the collection date of your order. This is to ensure that your refund is issued successfully.
Return the bike to the store which you originally collected your item(s ) from.
Lapierre will then liaise with our partner dealer who will repackage the product(s).
Once the item(s) arrive with Lapierre they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 14 days.

How it works for accessories

Non-faulty/ unwanted goods

Must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The return is not free of charge.
The goods should be:
- Unused.
- In a saleable condition.
- In their original packaging with all labels still attached.
Ensure you do not affix any labels or tape directly to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging.
Lapierre is entitled to refuse the return or deduct any reduced value because of the product not being in the above condition.
A refund will be usually issued within 14 days after the items have been received in our warehouse.

Faulty items

Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is free of charge.
After examination in our warehouse to validate the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued within 14 working days after the fault verification.

How does it work?

When checking out, select 'Collect in Store' as your shipping method
Fill in your postal code and select the most convenient dealer in the list
Proceed to billing and finish your order
The order will be processed and you will get an order confirmation with the details from the dealer
An e-mail is also sent to the dealer with the customer information and the bike information
The dealer will assemble your bike
You have to contact the dealer and arrange a date for pick-up
Once you receive the notification for pick up, you will have 15 days to collect your purchase directly.
For security: please print your order confirmation and bring it with you. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected.

Multiply your desires
The e-Sensium 2.2 Women has been especially developed for women: the cables and conduits on the Suprême 5 aluminium frame with its 1.5'' bearings are routed inside the down tube and top tube, which gives the bike a modern look. The geometry is based on an endurance frame and is therefore linked to pedalling comfort.
Discreet assistance
The e-Sensium is fitted with Ebike Motion X35 electrical assistance situated in the hub on the rear wheel. The ultra-compact engine is no bigger than a 34-tooth sprocket. The 250 Wh battery is fully integrated in the e-Sensium frame to make it look like a traditional bike, with weight limited to 3.5 kg.
