Xelius SL 8.0 - Bike of the Year 2022
We are all proud to announce that the Xelius SL 8.0 has been elected Road Bike of the Year 2022 by Le Cycle magazine.
On the roads of Levens, in the hinterland of Nice, the testers/readers of Le Cycle magazine met at the end of April to elect the road bike of the year 2022.
After two days of testing on a winding and steep 12.5km course, which had to be ridden several times with each bike, the panel of judges, made up of 10 journalist testers and readers chosen at random, voted for the dynamic qualities, lightness, design, comfort, quality of components, Shimano Ultegra Di2 12v groupset and the quality/price ratio of the new Xelius SL 8.0
The Xelius SL 8.0 completes the excellent start to the season for Lapierre, which also won the 2022 Road Bike of the Year award from the Belgian magazine Grinta! in February with the Aircode DRS 6.0.
