We are now closed until early January. We’re working hard behind the scenes, upgrading our systems, which means that we can’t accept any orders until the New Year.

We are extending our returns period during this time. Any bikes purchased from 6th December until 21st December can be returned, for free, until 31st January 2022. We won’t be able to process any refunds after 21st December until 10th January.

We’ll update our website as soon as we’re accepting orders again.

When will you be accepting orders again?

Our aim to be accepting orders again no later than the 10th January. We will keep our website up to date and be in touch as soon as our checkout is open.

Are your customer service team still working?

We will be closed from 5pm on the 24th December until 9am on Monday 10th January 2022. During this period we are upgrading our systems and our customer service teams will undergo training to ensure we can maintain our usual high levels of service and response. This means our phone lines will be closed until we re-open. You can, of course, get in touch via email or our social media channels at any time and we will get back to you from 10th January.

I have a returns number, can I return my order whilst you’re closed?

Our warehouse is still able to receive orders (excluding bank holidays) whilst we are closed. If you have already received a returns number from our team, then you can return your order - however your refund will not be processed until after the 10th January.

I don’t have a returns number, can I return my order whilst you’re closed?

We will not be able to issue any new returns numbers until the 10th January. You can email us at any time whilst we’re closed and we will issue new returns numbers from 10th January.
