Terms and Conditions
DIPS&DROPS Terms and Conditions for the 2025 Cashback Promotion by Winora-Staiger GmbH and GHOST-Bikes GmbH in cooperation with Harml Touristik GmbH
For better readability, we use gender-specific terms below. Where possible, we aim for gender-neutral wording. Please note that all designations are intended to be gender-neutral and include all genders equally. 1. Introduction
By participating in this promotion, the Dips&Drops guest agrees to these terms and conditions. Until December 15, 2025, Winora-Staiger GmbH and GHOST-Bikes GmbH are organising a cashback promotion for Dips&Drops guests. This promotion includes the brands HAIBIKE and LAPIERRE as part of the 2025 event series.
As part of the promotion, Winora-Staiger GmbH and GHOST-Bikes GmbH grant participants a refund of €300 (in Germany, Austria, and Italy) or CHF 300 (in Switzerland) for the purchase of a bicycle of the brands HAIBIKE or LAPIERRE with an invoice value of at least €1,500/CHF, purchased from dealers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Italy during the promotion period and successfully registered using a cashback code received from a bike guide. By uploading their proof of purchase to https://www.eventcashback.com and completing the online form, participants can apply for a refund of €300/CHF for the purchased bicycle to a bank account specified by them in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Participants will be informed about their successful participation via a form and an email sent to the email address they provided. Participants are advised to also check their spam folder during the promotion period for incoming emails.
2. Organisers
The organisers of the cashback promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion") are WINORA-Staiger GmbH, Max-Planck-Str. 6, 97526 Sennfeld (hereinafter "manufacturer" or "WINORA") and GHOST-Bikes GmbH, An der Tongrube 3, D-95652 Waldsassen (hereinafter "manufacturer" or "GHOST") in cooperation with Harml Touristik GmbH, Flachauer Straße 163, A-5542 Flachau (hereinafter "Dips&Drops"). The promotion is processed by PORTICA GmbH Marketing Support, Von-Galen-Str. 35, 47906 Kempen (hereinafter "PORTICA").
3. Eligibility
Only private individuals who are Dips&Drops guests, at least 18 years old at the time of participation, with a permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Italy and a valid bank account reachable via SEPA payment standard are eligible. WINORA/GHOST is entitled to verify whether the applicant was indeed a Dips&Drops guest before purchasing and applying.
Participation is only permitted under one’s own name and as a private individual. Participation on behalf of others, through automatically generated mass submissions, or as a business is not permitted.
Wholesale and retail dealers are not eligible to participate, even if acting on behalf of groups or customers. Purchases via online auction platforms, purchases of used bicycles, and purchases from private individuals not acting in a commercial or freelance professional capacity are excluded. Cashback is not available for leased bicycles.
4. Participation
Participation in the promotion requires purchasing a bicycle with an invoice value of at least €1,500 (Germany, Austria, Italy) or CHF 1,500 (Switzerland) from authorised dealers of Winora-Staiger GmbH or GHOST-Bikes GmbH in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Italy, and registering the purchase online at https://www.eventcashback.com using a cashback code received from a bike guide. Registration requires uploading the proof of purchase and providing personal data (salutation, first name, last name, address, email address), the cashback code, bank details (IBAN), product information (brand, frame number, code), and dealer information.
All bicycle models of the following brands are eligible:
• HAIBIKE
• LAPIERRE
Only one participation per person is permitted. A proof of purchase may only be used once by one participant.
If the purchase contract is cancelled within 30 days for any reason, the right to claim the refund expires.
Participants bear any transmission costs incurred through their internet provider.
5. Promotion Period
The purchase period for an eligible bicycle starts with the issuance of cashback codes and ends on December 15, 2025. The deadline for uploading proof of purchase is January 15, 2026.
6. Proof of Purchase
The photo of the proof of purchase must clearly show: dealer, product name, unit price, total amount, and purchase date. The photo/document must not exceed 5 MB in size and must be in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Other formats or larger files cannot be uploaded.
7. Refund Amount
WINORA/GHOST grants a refund of €300 (Germany, Austria, Italy) or CHF 300 (Switzerland) only for purchases of bicycles of the above brands with an invoice value of at least €1,500/CHF from authorised dealers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Italy, registered via the online form on the promotion website using a cashback code received from a bike guide. Returning or exchanging the bicycle excludes participation in the promotion.
8. Bank Account
Refunds are only made via transfer to a bank account reachable via the SEPA payment standard and require correct and complete bank details. IBAN is required for the transfer.
Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their IBAN.
Eligible participants will receive the refund four to eight weeks after successful registration to the account provided. Cash payment is not possible.
9. Interruption / Premature Termination
WINORA/GHOST reserves the right to cancel or end the promotion at any time for good cause, particularly if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. Already acquired refund claims remain unaffected.
10. Liability Limitations
Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their contact and bank details. WINORA/GHOST is not liable for technical failures that result in the unavailability of the promotion, unless due to intent or gross negligence.
WINORA/GHOST and participating companies accept no liability for data losses, particularly during data transmission, or other technical defects.
WINORA/GHOST and participating companies are not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect bank details.
11. Miscellaneous
WINORA/GHOST reserves the right to exclude participants in case of false information, manipulation, use of unauthorised aids, or any other fraudulent advantage. Excluded participants have no claims against WINORA/GHOST. In such cases, refunds already made can be revoked and reclaimed.
WINORA/GHOST reserves the right to change these terms at any time, particularly to adapt to legal and/or technical changes. For the cashback promotion in cooperation with Harml Touristik GmbH, only these Dips&Drops terms and conditions apply. They are available in their latest version at https://www.haibike.com/de-de/cashback-dips-drops and https://www.lapierrebikes.com/de-de/cashback-dips-drops/. The terms linked on the registration page are superseded by these Dips&Drops terms for Dips&Drops guests and can be disregarded.
The applicable terms are those valid at the time of uploading the proof of purchase.
The promotion and these terms are subject to German law. Legal recourse is excluded. If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
