Lapierre Lemon Sweepstakes:

Participation in the sweepstakes requires agreement with the following participation terms. By participating, you acknowledge the following conditions.

To participate in the sweepstakes, participants must:

A) Subscribe to the Lapierre newsletter.

B) Provide their name and confirm that they are 18 years or older and agree to the terms and conditions of this sweepstakes.

The sweepstakes begins with the publication of the post on June 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM (CET) and ends at 2:00 PM (CET). The winner will be notified by July 1, 2024.

Participation is free and not associated with the purchase of products, but it is linked to the subscription to our newsletter, which can be revoked at any time. Participation is open to anyone 18 years or older residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of Winora Staiger GmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Drawing:

The winners will be selected randomly and contacted directly by Lapierre via email. The selected winners have 5 days to respond to the email and confirm whether they accept the prize. If they do not respond within these 5 days, they forfeit the opportunity to claim their prize. Participants are advised to check their spam folders as winning emails can automatically be directed there. Winora will arrange the handover with the winners and cover the shipping costs.

We – WINORA-STAIGER GmbH, Max-Planck-Straße 6, DE-97526 Sennfeld – process your personal data in accordance with Art. 4 GDPR – including name, first name, and email address, country, and age – solely for the purpose outlined here, namely the handling of the sweepstakes and the subsequent dispatch of the Winora newsletter.

Data will not be shared with third parties – except for associated data processors as per Art. 28 GDPR or the operator of this network (Facebook/META) – nor within the Accell Group. Your data will be automatically and irrevocably deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled and any retention periods have expired.

Please note that Facebook (META) and possibly other service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (USA).

WE POINT OUT THAT THE USA IS NOT A SAFE THIRD COUNTRY IN TERMS OF EU DATA PROTECTION LAW.

We have no influence on this data processing.

Furthermore, Facebook (META) Promotion Guidelines apply.

The winner explicitly agrees that the organizer may use image material related to the prize and its execution for media purposes within their web presences and social media channels. An objection according to Art. 21 GDPR or further assertion of data subject rights can be addressed at any time to the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars@ebertz-datenschutz.de) of Winora-Staiger GmbH.

The organizers reserve the right to terminate or modify the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if technical reasons (e.g., hardware and software errors, computer viruses, or manipulations) or legal reasons prevent proper execution.

Should any provision of these participation terms be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the case of a regulatory gap in these participation terms.
