Our partner Oney Bank offers you a financing solution called 3x 4x Oney, which allows you to pay for your purchases from 150 € to 6000 € in 3 or 4 installments free of charge with your bank card.

Conditions:

This offer is reserved for individuals (major individuals) residing in France and holding a Visa and MasterCard bank cards with a validity date greater than the duration of the financing chosen.

Systematic authorization, in particular of Electron, Maestro, Nickel, etc., as well as e-cards, Indigo cards and American Express are not accepted.

Terms of subscription:

After completing your order, simply click on the "3x 4x payment button Oney by credit card ”.

You are then redirected to the 3x 4x Oney web page of our partner displaying the detailed summary of your order and the personalized financing request, which you must then validate. You enter your personal information or, if you have a 3x 4x Oney account, you identify yourself using the login details linked to your 3x 4x Oney account. You read the general conditions of payment by multiple times you want to subscribe which are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read them, print and save them before accepting them. You then notify your electronic acceptance using the checkbox corresponding.

You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with the checkbox on acknowledging the general conditions constitute consent to contract and constitute an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of the product.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Oney Bank constitutes proof of all past transactions between you and Oney Bank.

If you request to benefit from a financing solution offered by Oney Bank, the information relating to your order will be sent to Oney Bank, which will use them for the purpose of studying your request for the granting, management and credit recovery.

Oney Bank reserves the right to accept or refuse your request for 3x 4x Oney financing. You have a deadline 14-day withdrawal period for relinquishing your credit.

Returning an item collected in store

How it works for bikes

Before contacting the store you collected your item(s) from: use the contact form to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the collection date of your order. This is to ensure that your refund is issued successfully.
Return the bike to the store which you originally collected your item(s ) from.
Lapierre will then liaise with our partner dealer who will repackage the product(s).
Once the item(s) arrive with Lapierre they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 14 days.

How it works for accessories

Non-faulty/ unwanted goods

Must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The return is not free of charge.
The goods should be:
- Unused.
- In a saleable condition.
- In their original packaging with all labels still attached.
Ensure you do not affix any labels or tape directly to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging.
Lapierre is entitled to refuse the return or deduct any reduced value because of the product not being in the above condition.
A refund will be usually issued within 14 days after the items have been received in our warehouse.

Faulty items

Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is free of charge.
After examination in our warehouse to validate the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued within 14 working days after the fault verification.

Collect in store

Charges

Orders over 70€: Free shipping
Orders under 70€: 6.99€

How does it work?

When checking out, select 'Collect in Store' as your shipping method
Fill in your postal code and select the most convenient dealer in the list
Proceed to billing and finish your order
The order will be processed and you will get an order confirmation with the details from the dealer
An e-mail is also sent to the dealer with the customer information and the bike information
The dealer will assemble your bike
You have to contact the dealer and arrange a date for pick-up
Once you receive the notification for pick up, you will have 15 days to collect your purchase directly.
For security: please print your order confirmation and bring it with you. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected.

The goods ordered will be delivered to the Lapierre reseller selected by the customer when placing the the order.

Delivery time

The products ordered on the website will be delivered to the Lapierre reseller selected by the customer within 30 (thirty) days of the confirmation of payment.
