How it works for bikes

  1. Before contacting the store you collected your item(s) from: use the contact form to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the collection date of your order. This is to ensure that your refund is issued successfully.

  2. Return the bike to the store which you originally collected your item(s ) from.

  3. Lapierre will then liaise with our partner dealer who will repackage the product(s).

  4. Once the item(s) arrive with Lapierre they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 14 days.

How it works for accessories

Non-faulty/ unwanted goods
  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The return is not free of charge.

  • The goods should be:

    • Unused.

    • In a saleable condition.

    • In their original packaging with all labels still attached.

  • Ensure you do not affix any labels or tape directly to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging.

  • Lapierre is entitled to refuse the return or deduct any reduced value because of the product not being in the above condition.

  • A refund will be usually issued within 14 days after the items have been received in our warehouse.

Faulty items
  • Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is free of charge.

  • After examination in our warehouse to validate the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued.

  • The refund will be issued within 14 working days after the fault verification.
